摘  要:
通过离体受精获得栽培稻(珍汕97A)与野生稻(窄叶短花药野生稻)杂交产生的植株,它的穗形和颖花均与父母本有一定的差异,尤其是雄蕊变异较多,它的颖花过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱为与父母本均不相同的中间类型。

摘  要:
By means of the tube-fertilization, the pistils of cultivated rice (Oryza sativa L. subsp, indicacv. Zhenshan 97A) were pollinated with the pollen of wild rice (Oryza brachyantha) in vitro, and thereafter a hybrid plant was produced. Some morphological and physiological characters, such as shape of ear, fresh weight and length of spikelet, size of anther and pollen grains, and peroxidaseisoeuzyme of spikelet, are different from the paternal and maternal lines.
