柴油机缸体三维振动特性的数值计算和试验模态分析

摘  要:
本文对Q-485柴油机缸体三维振动动态特性的分析,选用有限元数值计算和试验模态分析两套方案:前者运用子空间迭代法计算特征值和特征向量;后者则分别用频域分析中的单模志多项式曲线拟合法,多模态线性优化迭代法和多模态多项式曲线拟合法,以及时域分析中的复指数法进行参数识别。在0—800Hz频率范围内识别出了6个模态,建立了离散系统的模态模型,得到了较满意的结果。

摘  要:
Both numerical calculation by finite element method and test modal analysis are used to analyze dynamic characteristics in vibration of Type Q-485 Diesel cylinders, and subspace iteration method to calculate eigenvalues and eigenvectors in the method. In the test modal analysis, parameters are identified with such alternative methods as single-mode polynomial curve-fitting, multi-mode linear optimization-iteration and multi-mode polynomial curve-fitting in frequency domain, and comple exponential method. In the range of 0-800 Hz, six modes are identified from the system, a modal model for discrete system established and satisfactory results obtained.
