在调查中发现,绝大多数大学生在职业生涯规划方面常常会面临一些问题和困惑,将团体辅导运用于大学生职业生涯规划指导,设计有针对性、实效性的团体辅导方案,对于高校大学生职业规划指导工作将起到事半功倍的效果。

摘  要：
It was found in the survey that vast majority of university students often face some problems and confusion when they are doing their career planning. If group counseling is used into helping their career planning,and group counseling project is to be designed effectively,the work of university students career planning guidance will get the twice result with the half effort.
