摘  要:
食源性致病微生物的侵染不但影响鲜切生菜的质量安全,还会危害人类健康。通过概述鲜切生菜中食源性致病微生物的污染来源和种类,介绍鲜切生菜中食源性致病微生物的侵染现状,指出食源性致病微生物的控制方法及展望。

Not only the quality of fresh-cut lettuce but also human health is affected by infection of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms.The pollution sources and types of pathogenic microorganisms in fresh-cut lettuce were reviewed.introduces The status of microbial infection in fresh-cut lettuce were introduced.The control methods and prospect about the pathogenic microorganisms in fresh-cut lettuce were point out.
