表面活性剂对啶菌噁唑防治番茄灰霉病的增效作用

摘  要:
以番茄灰霉病菌为靶标菌,采用菌丝生长速率法、菌丝干重法和离体叶片法分别测定了有机硅、蓖麻油、吐温、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、木质素、氮酮及磷酸酯盐等18个品种的表面活性剂对啶菌噁唑的增效作用。结果表明:采用不同的毒力测定方法,表面活性剂与杀菌剂所表现出的协同作用有所差异。其中0201B、NP-7、TX100在生长速率法和菌丝干重法中均表现出对啶菌噁唑的增效作用,而离体叶片法中仅有添加SilwetL77的处理可显著提高药剂防效,对菌丝的抑制活性最高达83.69%,而对照的抑制率为52.09%。

摘  要:
In this paper, the surfactant which could increase the inhibition of SYP-Z048 on Botrytis cinerea was screened out. Eighteen surfactants were tested by mycelia growth inhibition method, dry mycelia weightiness method, and leaves in vitro method, which were organic silicon, castor oil, tween, alkyl naphthalene sulphur salt, alkyl and so on. The results varied with differernt methods. With methods of mycelia growth inhibition and dry mycelia weightiness, many surfactants showed synergetic inhibition activity with SYP-Z048 on B. cinerea. By in vitro test on leaves, the highest inhibition rate on B. cinerea was 83.69% when treated with surfactant Silwet L77 and SYP-Z048 together, but 52.09% when applied with SYP-Z048 alone.
