刺玫蔷薇茎中二氢槲皮素的提取

摘  要：
探索了从刺玫蔷薇茎中提取二氢槲皮素的工艺,考察了提取温度、提取剂浓度、料液比、时间4个因素对二氢槲皮素得率的影响。通过正交试验确定最佳条件:提取温度为30℃,丙酮浓度为70%,料液比为1∶16,提取时间为4h。

摘  要：
The extraction technology of taxifolin from the stem of Rosa davurica was studied,Some factors affecting extraction yields,such as extraction temperature,concentration of extraction solvent,ratio of stem to extraction solvent,extraction time were studied.The optimum extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: extraction temperature 30℃,extraction with 70% acetone,the ratio of stem to 70% acetone 1∶16,extraction time 4h.
