摘  要:
[目的]筛选迎红杜鹃和兴安杜鹃的最佳生长培养基,建立其高效快繁体系。[方法]以迎红杜鹃和兴安杜鹃的嫩茎段为外植体,以改良MS为基本培养基,附加不同浓度的IAA、IBA、NAA和GA_3,应用均匀设计法,选用U_(10)(10~4)均匀表,考察了4种激素不同浓度配比对2种杜鹃嫩茎腋芽生长伸长及茎段生根诱导率的影响,并以2种杜鹃再生植株的茎节为材料,以节培法进行快繁,建立高效快繁体系。[结果]最适合迎红杜鹃嫩茎腋芽生长伸长和嫩茎段生根的培养基为:改良MS+IAA 0.10 mg/L+GA_31.20 mg/L,再生率97%;最适合兴安杜鹃生长的培养基为:改良MS+IBA0.10 mg/L+GA_31.20 mg/L,再生率98%。对2种杜鹃再生植株的快繁表明,在35 d的一个培养周期内,增殖倍数达60以上。[结论]成功建立了迎红杜鹃和兴安杜鹃的高效离体快繁体系。

摘  要:
[Objective]The study aimed to screen the optimum growing medium for Rhododendron mucronulatum Turcz.and Rhododendron daurium L.and establish the high efficient micropropagation system.[Method]With Young stems of R.mucronulatum and R.daurium as the explants,the modified MS medium was taken as the basic medium added by IAA,IBA,NAA and GA_3 with different concn.to investigate the effect of 4 kinds of hormones with different concn.matching on the axillary bud growing of young stems and stem rooting of 2 kinds of azaleas through selecting U_(10)(10~4 ) uniform table by uniform design method.The stem-nods of the regenerated plants were used as materials to make for micropropagation by nod culture metod so as to set up the high efficient micropropagation system.[Result]The optimum medium for the axillary bud growing and rooting of young stems for R.mucronulatum was follows:the modified MS + IAA 0.10 mg/L + GA_31.20 mg/L,with regeneration rate of 97%,and that for R.daurium was follows:the modified MS + IBA 0.10 mg/L + GA_3 1.20 mg/L,with a regeneration rate of 98%.The micropropagation made on the regenerated plants of 2 kinds of azaleas showed that 60-fold proliferation rate was achieved within a culture cycle of 35 d.[Conclusion]High efficient micropropagation systems of A.mucronulatum and R.daurium were successfully established.
