不同LED光质对长茎葡萄蕨藻生长及光合色素的影响

摘  要:
以长茎葡萄蕨藻(Caulerpa lentillifera)为材料,以白光、红光、蓝光、蓝红光(5/1)、蓝红光(1/3)和蓝红光(1/5)为光源,研究了不同LED光质对长茎葡萄蕨藻生长和光合色素的影响。结果表明:蓝红光(5/1)处理能明显增加长茎葡萄蕨藻再生直立枝的鲜重、质量长度比以及再生球形小枝的直径,分别是对照组的1.48倍、1.19倍和1.08倍;红光促进了再生匍匐茎的生长,但显著抑制再生直立枝生长,且红光、蓝红光(1/3)和蓝红光(1/5)抑制再生球形小枝的直径增长,蓝红光(1/3)显著抑制再生匍匐茎的生长。此外,在白光和蓝红光(5/1)处理下,再生直立枝和再生匍匐茎的生长以及再生球形小枝的直径增长不存在显著性差异。光合色素分析发现,蓝光能显著提高长茎葡萄蕨藻的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素和总叶绿素的含量。蓝红光(5/1)和白光较适宜选作长茎葡萄蕨藻室内栽培光源。

摘  要:
Taking Caulerpa lentillifera as an experimental material to investigat the effects of different light quality of light emitting diode(LEDs)(full white light,full red light,full blue light,red/blue(5/1)light, red/blue(3/1)light and blue/red(5/1)light)on the growth and photosynthetic pigment contents of Caulerpa lentillifera in indoor culture condition. The results showed that the blue/red(5/1)light treatment has significant beneficial effects on the ratio of fresh weight to length and the fresh weight of regenerated vertical branch and the diameter of regenerated spherical ramuli,which was 1.48 times,1.19 times and 1.08 times of the control group respectively. The full red light promotes the growth of regenerated stolons, but demonstrated adverse effect on the growth of regenerated vertical branch. And the diameter of regenerated spherical ramuli was inhibited by full red light, red/blue(3/1)light and red/blue(5/1)light. Furthermore,the red/blue(3/1)light demonstrated adverse effect on the growth of regenerated stolon. And there was no significant difference on growth of regenerated vertical branch and regenerated stolon between full white light and blue/red(5/1)light groups. The contents of total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid was significantly increased under full blue light. Comprehensive analysis suggests that blue/red(5/1)light and full white light treatment is more suitable for the indoor culture of Caulerpa lentillifera.
