齿形迷宫流道不同结构参数下灌水器抗堵塞性能研究

摘  要:
以齿形迷宫流道灌水器为研究对象,通过计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟、PIV观测和样品测试相结合的方法,研究了齿形结构的不同齿底距、齿高下颗粒运动轨迹与流道内部速度场分布的关系,并初步探索了流道结构参数与灌水器抗堵塞性能的关系。结果表明:当流道内固体粒子运动速度小于0.5 m/s时,易在齿底处旋转,而大于此速度时,则易进入主流区被水流带出流道;齿形迷宫流道齿底距与抗堵塞性能呈正相关,齿高与抗堵塞性呈负相关;流道设计时,单纯增大齿底距或者减小齿高,可以有效降低粒子在流道中发生旋转的概率,有利于提高灌水器的抗堵塞性能。

摘  要:
Based on dental labyrinth path emitters,the relationship of different structural parameters between the orbit of particle and distribution of velocity pattern in the channel are studied with numerical simulation method by CFD,observation method by PIV and entity pattern test method,and the clogging performance on different structural parameters are initially analyzed.The results showed that it is easier to circumvolve on the bottom of the dental when the velocity of particle in the path less than 0.5 m/s,otherwise,it can be lead into the mainstream and effuse the flow path.The anti-clogging performance of dental labyrinth path is positively related to the distance of flute of dental while that is negatively related to dental highness.So it is effective to reduce the probability of the particle circumvolve in the flow path by increasing the distance of flute of dental or reducing the dental highness when the flow path of emitters was designed.
