ICP-MS测定烟草中的重金属及其不确定度分析

摘  要:
[目的]建立烟叶中重金属的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)的测定方法并分析其不确定度。[方法]烟草样品经微波消解,以Bi、Sc、Ge、In为内标校正体系,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定烟草中Cr、Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb的含量,并用计量学方法对测量不确定度进行了评定。[结果]分析表明,在0~1.0μg/ml的线性范围内,6个元素的线性相关系数r为1.000 0,相对标准偏差为1.5%~11.0%。烟叶样品含量测定为:Cr(2.92±0.24)mg/kg、Cu(3.64±0.24)mg/kg、As(0.467±0.025)mg/kg、Cd(3.12±0.15)mg/kg、Hg(0.035±0.006)mg/kg、Pb(4.62±0.36)mg/kg。标准溶液中待测元素的含量和样品重复性是电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定烟叶中重金属含量的主要不确定度来源,而取样量、待测样品溶液的定容等引入的不确定度可以忽略不计。[结论]电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定烟草中重金属具有简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好等优点,选择合适的试验方案可保证测定结果的准确可靠。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to set up the determination method of heavy metals in tobacco by ICP-MS and analyze its uncertainty. [Method] Microwave digest technique was used for decomposition of the tobacco samples. Bi,Sc,Ge and In were employed as internal standards to eliminate the interference of the matrix. A method was developed for simultaneous determination of Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in tobacco from Yunnan Province by ICP-MS,and the measurement uncertainty was evaluated by metrological method. [Result] The test results indicated that in the content range of 0- 1. 0 μg / ml,the linearly dependent coefficient of six elements was 1. 000 0,and the RSD achieves1. 5%- 11. 0%( n = 8). The elemental contents in tobacco were( 2. 92 ± 0. 24) mg / kg for Cr,( 3. 64 ± 0. 24) mg / kg for Cu,( 0. 467 ±0. 025) mg / kg for As,( 3. 12 ± 0. 15) mg / kg for Cd,( 0. 035 ± 0. 006) mg / kg for Hg,and( 4. 62 ± 0. 36) mg / kg for Pb. The contents of the elements in the standard solution and the repeatability of the sample were the main sources of uncertainty in the determination of heavy metal content in tobacco by ICP-MS method,the uncertainty of sample quantity,the constant volume of the sample solution can be neglected.[Conclusion]Using ICP-MS method for determination of heavy metals in tobacco is accurate,simple,sensitive and rapid,adopting appropriate experiment scheme can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the results.
