维拉帕米对高盐诱发肉鸡腹水综合征的预防作用

摘  要：
将150只8日龄商品代AA雄性肉仔鸡随机分为对照组、高盐组(饮水中添加3.0 g/L氯化钠)和高盐维拉帕米组(饮水中添加3.0 g/L氯化钠及0.1 g/L维拉帕米)。分别于15、22、29、36、43、50日龄测定各组鸡肺动脉压(PAP)、红细胞比容(PCV)和腹水心脏指数(AHI),并统计腹水发生率。结果显示,50日龄时,高盐组腹水发生率极显著高于对照组和高盐维拉帕米组;15日龄时,高盐组和高盐维拉帕米组PAP极显著高于对照组,36、43、50日龄时,高盐组PAP显著或极显著高于对照组和高盐维拉帕米组;整个试验期间,高盐组PCV显著或极显著高于同日龄对照组和高盐维拉帕米组;29至50日龄,高盐组AHI显著或极显著高于同日龄对照组和高盐维拉帕米组。表明,维拉帕米对高盐诱发的肺动脉高压、右心肥大和PCV的升高有抑制作用,能够降低腹水发生率,有效预防高盐诱发的肉鸡腹水综合征。

摘  要：
One hundred and fifty male commercial Arbor Acres broiler chickens of 1-day-old were fed with a basal diet and divided randomly into control group(C) and two treatment groups(T1,T2).The birds in T1 group were supplied with drinking water added with 3.0g/L of NaCl,and those in T2 group received drinking water added with 3.0g/L of NaCl and 0.1g/L of Verapamil.The other factors in the two treatment groups were the same as that in the control group.Pulmonary artery pressure(PAP),packed cell volume(PCV) and ascites heart index(AHI) were measured in 6 birds per group randomly selected on days 15,22,29,36,43 and 50,respectively.Incidence of ascites syndrome was determined at the end of the experiment.Incidence of ascites syndrome in T1 group was significantly higher than that in C group and T2 group.On day 15,PAPs in T1 group and T2 group were significantly higher than that in C group,and on days 36,43 and 50 PAPs in T1 group were significantly higher than that in C group or T2 group.PCV in T1 group were significantly higher than that in C group or T2 group during the experiment.AHI in T1 group were significantly higher than that in C group or T2 group on days 29,36 and 50.The results showed that Verapamil could inhibit pulmonary hypertension,right ventricle hypertrophy,increase PCV,and decrease significantly the incidence of ascites syndrome caused by excess salt in broiler chickens.
