仔猪断奶过渡料粗蛋白水平和添加枯草芽孢杆菌对仔猪生长性能的影响

摘  要:
选择21日龄断奶仔猪360头,随机分为4个处理组,处理组1和2日粮粗蛋白水平为20%,处理组3和4日粮粗蛋白水平为18%,处理组2和4日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌。试验期为断奶后14d。结果显示,断奶后第1周,处理组2仔猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量显著大于处理组1(P<0.05),与处理组3和4相比差异不显著(P>0.05);处理组4仔猪腹泻率最小。从试验全期看,日粮添加枯草芽孢杆菌的处理组2和4仔猪的平均日增重显著高于处理组1和3(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,断奶仔猪过渡料低水平粗蛋白设置有利于减少断奶仔猪腹泻,同时添加枯草芽孢杆菌对改善早期断奶仔猪的生长性能有良好效果。

摘  要:
Three hundred and sixty weaning piglets(21 days)were assigned four experimental treatments.The diet protein level of group 1 and 2 was 20%,and the diet protein level of group 3 and 4 was 18%.The feed additive Bacillus Subtilis were used in group 2 and 4.The experimental period was 14 days after weaning.During the weaning of 7 days,the average daily gain and feed intake of group 2 piglets were higher(P < 0.05)than those of group 1,and were similar with group 3 and 4(P > 0.05).The diarrhoea ratio of group 4 piglets was lowest among four groups.During the period of experimental days,group 2 and 4 piglet fed Bacillus Subtilis had higher average daily gain than those of group 1 and 3.These findings proved that the lower diet protein level could decrease the piglet diarrhoea,and feed additive Bacillus Subtilis could improve the growth performance for early-weaned piglets.
