农业机械手的设计与分析

摘  要:
在农业生产和收割上,机械手得到了广泛的应用,大大提高了生产的自动化、精细化程度。在气动机械手的结构和控制方面,无论三维造型,还是运动仿真及应力分析,都采用CAD/CAE软件来进行设计,提高了设计的效率和设计的可行性、科学性。针对当前农业生产中产品小批量、多品种的发展趋势,大胆和创新地对农业机械手进行了手部可更换设计,扩展了该机械手的使用范围。气动技术在农业机械手中的应用,可使机械手在工作中减少对环境的污染,使设备整体结构紧凑,并减少了中间环节。PLC在控制中的应用使得机械手在工作时更加稳定和准确。

摘  要:
In the course of agriculture production and reaping,manipulator has been widely used,enhanced the production of automation and fining. The structure and control of industrial robots,3d modeling and simulation movement or stress analysis using CAD /CAE software to design,can greatly improve the efficiency ,feasibility and scientific of the design. In view of the current agriculture production ,which is in small batches,product development trend of variant,bold and innovative this manipulator to the design of manipulator hand replaceable,greatly expanded the scope of application of manipulator. Pneumatic technology application in this manipulator,can make the robot in work to reduce environmental pollution,compact structure,equipment and reduce the intermediate link. The application of PLC in the control,more stable and accurate while manipulators are working.
