水相法合成毒死蜱

摘  要:
以2,3,5,6-四氯吡啶、液碱为原料在高压釜中反应得到3,5,6-三氯吡啶醇钠,收率99.6%。3,5,6-三氯吡啶醇钠与乙基氯化物经水相法合成毒死蜱,选三甲基苄基氯化铵为缩合催化剂,3,5,6-吡啶醇钠与乙基氯化物摩尔比为1∶1,pH值控制在11~13,反应温度为60℃,反应时间3h,毒死蜱的收率、含量分别在94%和97%以上。

摘  要:
3,5,6-Trichloro-2-pyridinol sodium with yield of 99.6% was prepared from 2,3,5,6-tetrachloropyridine and caustic sodium as raw material via High Pressure Autoclave. Chlorpyrifos was synthesized by reacting of 3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol sodium(1 mol) with O,O-diethyl phosphorochloridothioate(1 mol) via aqueous phase(pH=11-13) reaction and benzyltrimethyl ammonium chloride as catalyst at 60 °C for 3 hrs,and the yield and purity of chlorpyrifos were over 94% and 97%,respectively.
