紫外分光光度法测定农药中间体2,3,5,6-四氯吡啶

摘  要:
2,3,5,6-四氯吡啶(TCP)是重要的农药中间体。采用紫外分光光度法建立了一种准确测定TCP含量的方法。在紫外光区扫描结果表明,TCP在290nm处存在一最大吸收峰。定量分析表明,TCP在2.00 ̄24.00mg/L质量浓度范围内呈线性关系,r为0.9999,相对标准偏差在0.28% ̄0.77%之间。准确性分析表明TCP的回收率在99.5% ̄101.2%之间。溶液pH值变化对TCP的测定结果几乎没有影响。该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于TCP含量的测定。

摘  要:
2,3,5,6-Tetrachloropyridine(TCP) is a valuable intermediate for the synthesis of pesticide. A UV-spectro- photometry method for determining the content of TCP was adopted. The result of scanning showed that the maximum absorptive wavelength is 290 nm. The calibration curve of TCP was linear (r=0.9999) over the range of 2.00-24.00 mg/L. The relative standard deviations are from 0.28-0.77% and the recoveries are from 99.5-101.2%. PH values of the sample had little influence in the determination result. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate for determining the content of TCP.
