一种轻型枇杷采摘器的设计

摘  要:
为改善枇杷的采摘条件,提高其采摘效率,通过分析枇杷的栽培生长环境,设计了一种简易且不伤果的枇杷采摘器具,并在分析其工作原理的基础上,进行了样机制作与试验验证。该采摘器由可充电式锂电池给直流电机提供电源,通过两级齿轮减速后将电机的动力传递给偏心轮凸轮机构,实现动刀片的往复运动,从而将枇杷等类似水果从茎部剪断,落入下方的收集网袋进行收集。试验表明:该枇杷采摘器容易操作、安全舒适、结构简单且价格低廉,可以实现不同高度和不同大小枇杷的采摘,大大缓解了劳动者的劳动强度。

摘  要:
In order to improve the loquat picking condition and to increase the picking efficiency,we design a simple and non- harm loquat picker by analyzing its cultivation and growth environment. On the basis of analyzing working principle we make prototypes and do test verification. This picker is powered by rechargeable Li- ion battery that supplies power to the DC motor,motor power is transferred to eccentric cam gear mechanism via two stage reduction gear to realize the reciprocal motion of blade,thus cutting loquat and the like off from stem,dropping into the below collection bag. This picker combines outstanding ease of use,safety,convenience,structure simplicity and low price,realizes the loquat cutting at various height and for different size,relieves the labor intensity.
