摘  要:
酵母提取物是从酵母源中提取的一种特殊的产品,富含酵母蛋白、细胞壁和核苷酸。大量研究认为,酵母提取物含有的营养和功能性成分具有提高机体免疫力、调节胃肠道功能、抑制病原菌、吸附霉菌毒素等作用。文章就酵母提取物在畜禽生产中的应用做以概况综述。

摘  要:
Yeast extract is a special kind of product extracted from yeast, which is rich in yeast pro-tein, cell wall and nucleotide. Many studies suggest that yeast extract contains nutrients and functionalcomponents that can improve the body immunity, regulate gastrointestinal function, inhibit pathogenicbacteria, adsorption of mold toxins, etc.. In this paper,the application of yeast extract in poultry andlivestock production were summarized.
