氰氨化钙对植烟土壤微生物多样性的影响

摘  要:
为探究湖南浏阳烟区的合理施肥方式,以烤烟HN2146为试验品种进行田间试验,通过高通量测序分析了不同处理对植烟土壤微生物多样性的影响。结果表明,(1)与当地栽培施肥方案对比,T1处理的Ace指数和Chao1指数分别降低了110.024和125.782,说明氰氨化钙的施入消除了部分病原微生物,可以减少土传病害;(2)在细菌属水平上,T1处理中硫杆菌属的相对丰度相对CK提高了276.45%,说明氰氨化钙的施用可以提高土壤中部分功能微生物的相对丰度;(3)主成分分析发现,T1处理对土壤微生物群落结构影响最大。氰氨化钙的施用对土壤微生物多样性与群落结构有深刻影响,在烟田培肥中应引起充分的重视。

摘  要:
In order to explore the reasonable fertilization method in Liuyang tobacco-growing area, Hunan province, a field experiment was conducted with flue-cured tobacco HN2146 as the experimental type, and the effects of different treatments on microbial diversity in tobacco planting soil were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that(1) compared with the local cultivation and fertilization program, Ace index and Chao1 index treated by T1 decreased by 110.024 and 125.782, respectively, indicating that the application of calcium cyanamide eliminated some pathogenic microorganisms and could reduce soil-borne diseases.(2) at the bacterial genus level, the relative abundance of thiobacillus in T1 treatment increased by 276.45% compared with CK, indicating that the application of calcium cyanamide could improve the relative abundance of some functional microorganisms in the soil.(3) principal component analysis showed that T1 treatment had the greatest impact on soil microbial community structure. The application of calcium cyanamide has a profound effect on soil microbial diversity and community structure, which should be paid more attention to in the cultivation and fertilization of tobacco field.
