清粪方式对蛋鸡舍内空气环境质量及粪便理化性质的影响

摘  要：
为研究刮粪板清粪和传送带清粪两种方式对蛋鸡舍内空气环境质量和粪便理化性质的影响,选择两栋建筑结构相似的阶梯式蛋鸡舍,分别采用刮粪板和传送带清粪方式,在夏季和冬季监测舍内空气环境质量及蛋鸡粪理化性质。结果显示:夏季刮粪板舍内PM>0.5显著低于传送带舍(P<0.05);而冬季两舍间PM>0.5和PM0.5~2.5颗粒数差异均不显著(P>0.05);清粪时,刮粪板清粪较传送带清粪对舍内粉尘颗粒数的影响更大。夏季和冬季刮粪板舍内空气中细菌总数显著低于传送带舍(P<0.05)。夏季和冬季刮粪板舍蛋鸡粪的含水率均显著高于传送带舍(P<0.05);全氮含量刮粪板舍低于传送带舍,且夏季差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,传送带清粪方式对舍内空气质量的影响小,而且清出的蛋鸡粪含水率低、总氮高。

摘  要：
This study investigated the influence of manure cleaning method on air quality in layer house and the physicochemical properties of manure. Two layer house with different manure cleaning methods(manure-board scraping and manure-belt)were selected to monitor air quality indexes and manure properties in summer and winter. The results showed that the PM>0.5in the manure-board scraping house was significantly lower than manure-belt house in summer(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in PM0.5to PM2.5(P>0.05);In winter,there were no significant differences in PM>0.5and PM0.5to PM2.5between two houses(P>0.05);During the cleaning process,the manure-board scraping method had more influence on dust particles number in the house than the manure-belt treatment. For the total bacterium in summer and winter,the manure-board scraping treatment was significant lower than that with the manure-belt method(P<0.05). The moisture content of manure in manure-board scraping house were significantly higher than that in manure-belt house(P<0.05);The nitrogen content of manure in the manure-board scraping house treatment was significantly lower than that in the manure-belt house treatment in summer(P<0.05). In summary,the manure-belt method had less effect on air quality and physicochemical properties of manure than manure-board scraping method.
