大米粉中灰分的能力验证研究

摘 要:
[目的]测试影响大米粉中灰分测定结果的因素。[方法]根据国标GB 5009.4-2010《食品中灰分的测定》并优化条件进行测试。[结果]试验结果具有良好的回收率且通过了能力验证CNAS MA005-2013-0346大米粉中灰分的测定。[结论]该法完善了国标测定大米粉中灰分的细节操作,为广大食品检验人员考核提供了可靠依据。

摘 要:
[Objective]To study the influencing factors for ash determination in rice flour.[Method]The optimization conditions were tested according to GB 5009.4-2010 Determination of Ash in Foods.[Result] The test has good recoveries and test results.[Conclusion] This method improves GB 5009.4-2010 and provides a reliable basis for proficiency testing.
