三聚磷酸钠对高石英含量磷矿浮选的抑制效果研究

摘  要:
为了提高高石英含量磷矿的浮选分离效果,采用三聚磷酸钠为浮选抑制剂,研究磷矿常见脉石石英、白云石与磷精矿的浮选。结果表明,三聚磷酸钠能选择性地抑制磷精矿在微泡沫体系中的上浮,而不影响石英及白云石的上浮,从而实现浮选分离。实物原矿(w(P_2O_5)19.6%)在实验条件下,反浮选后得到的磷精矿w(P_2O_5)24.65%、泡沫产品w(P_2O_5)15.23%,浮选分离效果明显,说明三聚磷酸钠对高硅磷矿的抑制效果良好。

摘  要:
In order to improve the flotation separation effect of high-quartz content phosphate rock, sodium tripolyphosphate is used as a flotation inhibitor, the flotation of quartz, dolomite and phosphate concentrate is studied. The experimental results show that, as a flotation inhibitor, sodium tripolyphosphate can selectively inhibit the flotation of phosphate concentrate in the micro foam system without affecting the flotation of quartz and dolomite, achieving flotation separation. Under the experimental conditions, after the reverse flotation of the physical ore(w(P_2O_5) 19.6%), the mass fraction of P_2O_5 of the phosphate concentrate is 24.65%, and the mass fraction of P_2O_5 of the foam layer is 15.23%. The flotation separation effect is obvious, indicating that sodium tripolyphosphate has a good inhibitory effect of high-silica phosphate rock.
