新型鸭肝炎病毒试验感染雏鸭的临床症状及病理学变化

摘  要：
为进一步研究新型鸭肝炎病毒感染雏鸭的临床症状及病理变化,试验采用新型鸭肝炎病毒清远1株、高要1株感染雏鸭,观察感染雏鸭不同时期组织病理学变化。结果表明:新型鸭肝炎病毒感染雏鸭24小时时开始死亡,死亡高峰期为24～48 h,发病死亡率高达85.8%;发病雏鸭表现为精神萎靡,厌食,嗜睡,对外界刺激不敏感,死前抽搐,双脚做划水样,死亡鸭只呈角弓反张姿势;肝脏、肾脏、脾脏病变明显,出血性坏死严重,胰脏局灶性坏死,肝脏有脂肪蓄积。

摘  要：
To observe the changes in different times,the experiment used two strains of the new serotype of DHV to infect 4-day-old young ducks,which each isolated from Qingyuan and Gaoyao county respectively.The results showed that the ducks started to die from 24 h after infected by the new serotype DHV,its peak of death was from 24 h to 48 h,and its mortality rate reached as high as 85.8%.The diseased ducklings were described as insensitive with outside stimulation,lethargy,anorexia,drowsiness,convulsing before death,paddle spasmodically showing acute opisthotonos for the the death ducks.The pathological observation indicated that the hepar,kidney and spleen had serious hemorrhagic necrosis,pancreas with focal necrosis and hepar with lipopexia.
