优质稻米区域性公共品牌创建的现状与思考——以“盐城大米”品牌创建为例

摘  要:
近年来,优质稻米的品牌竞争日趋激烈。为此,部分地区整合产业资源,发挥规模优势,提出了打造稻米区域性公共品牌的战略。盐城是江苏优质粳稻的重要产区,近年来提出了创建"盐城大米"市域公共品牌的战略,并取得了显著进展。以"盐城大米"区域性公共品牌创建为例,介绍品牌创建的有效措施,分析品牌创建面临的典型问题,并针对性地提出合理化建议,以期为我国区域性稻米品牌的创建提供借鉴。

摘  要:
In recent years, the competition among high quality rice brands has become increasingly fierce. Therefore, some regions have integrated industrial resources, give full play to the advantages of scale, and put forward the strategies of establishing regional public brands of rice. Yancheng city is an important area of producing high quality japonica rice; in recent years, the local government has put forward the strategies of creating regional public brand "Yancheng Rice", and has made remarkable progress. Based on the example of the establishment of the regional public brand "Yancheng Rice", this paper introduces effective measures of brand building, analyzes typical problems occurring in brand building, and puts forward corresponding improving strategies, which may serve as a reference for the establishment of regional rice brands in China.
