通过对我国野生蓝莓资源的分布、形态特征、蓝莓浆果的化学成分以及营养价值分析,探讨了野生蓝莓的潜在价值。吸收野生蓝莓资源开发和利用现状中的优点,总结了当前野生蓝莓资源开发和利用研究中的不足之处。并重点介绍了野生蓝莓深加工相关产品蓝莓浸渍酒、蓝莓发酵酒、蓝莓休闲系列、蓝莓花青素、蓝莓保健胶囊以及蓝莓叶茶等研发、制作要点。

摘  要:
Through studies on the distribution and morphology of wild blueberry tree,chemical compostion and nutritional value analysis of wild blueberry in China,discussed the potential value of the wild blueberries' processing.The advantages of development and utilization of wild blueberries were absorbed and the disadvantages of it were given up at the same time.The article focused on introduction ahout the research and development elements of the wild blueberries products,such as dipping liquor of blueberries,fermented wine of blueberries,snack foods of blueberries,anthocyanins of blueberries,health capsules of blueberries,blueberries tea and so on.
