空肠弯曲杆菌培养条件的优化及其生长特性研究

摘  要:
为获得空肠弯曲杆菌(Campylobacter jejuni CICC 22936)的最适培养条件,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验对空肠弯曲杆菌的培养条件进行优化,并采用平板计数法分析了菌液活菌数与吸光度之间的相关关系.结果表明:空肠弯曲杆菌的最适生长条件为培养温度39℃,初始pH 7.0,接种量4%;菌液中空肠弯曲杆菌的活菌数与吸光度呈极显著的线性相关关系.在优化的条件下,空肠弯曲杆菌生长迟滞期非常短,培养开始后很快进入对数生长期,10 h后进入稳定期.

摘  要:
In order to obtain the optimal culture conditions of Campylobacter jejuni 22936,single factor experiment,orthogonal experiment were used to optimize the optimum conditions of Campylobacter jejuni,and the plate count method was used to analyze the relationship between absorbance and the number of live bacteria.The results showed that the optimal growth conditions of Campylobacter jejuni were as follows:temperature 39 ℃,initial pH 7.0,inoculation volume 4%.There was a significant linear correlation between the number of live bacteria and the absorbance of Campylobacter jejuni.Under the optimum conditions,the growth lag phase of Campylobacter jejuni was very short,and soon entered the rapid proliferation period after the initiation of culture,then entered the stationary phase in 10 h.
