摘 要:
建立利用超高效液相色谱-高分辨飞行时间质谱同时检测蔬菜中敌敌畏、毒死蜱、乐果、氧乐果4种有机磷农药残留的方法.试样经QuEChERS方法进行前处理,采用超高效液相色谱-高分辨飞行时间质谱法测定,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量.4种有机磷农药在质量浓度10-250n#mL范围内线性关系良好(R^2〉O.99),检测限和定量下限分别为O.25-0.40pg,kg和0.73-1.00μ/kg平均加标回收率为80%-98%,相对标准偏差为2.4%-9.7%.该方法简便、快捷、可靠、稳定,可用于蔬菜中敌敌畏、毒死蜱、乐果、氧乐果4种有机磷农药的快速检测.

Determination of 4 pesticide residues in vegetable using QuEChERS extraction and UPLC-TOFMS

An ultra performance liquid ehromatography(UPLC) -high resolution time of flight mass spectrometer(TOFMS) method was established for the simultaneous determination of dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, omethoate, and dimethoate residues in vegetable. The QuEChERS method was used for sample pretreatment. The matrix-matched external standard calibration curves were used for the quantitative analysis. The calibration curves of 4 organic phosphorous pesticides were linear in concentration range from 10 ng/mL to 250 ng/mL with correlation coefficients above 0.99. The limit of detection was 0.25-0.40 μg/kg and the limit of quantification was 0.73-1.00 μg/kg. The spiked recoveries in vegetable ranged from 80% to 98%. The relative standard deviations of the method were between 2.4% and 9.7%. This method was simple, efficient and accurate. Therefore, it was practicable in the trace determination of dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, omethoate, and dimethoate in vegetable.
