苯甲酰基脲类杀虫剂对苜蓿盲蝽的生物活性和田间防治效果

摘  要:
[目的]为了选择适于防治苜蓿盲蝽的高效低毒药剂,采用室内毒力和田间试验相结合的方法评价了苯甲酰基脲类杀虫剂对苜蓿盲蝽的种群控制作用。[结果]室内试验结果表明:处理96 h后,氟铃脲与氟啶脲对试虫的LC50值分别为25.77、18.09 mg/L。田间试验结果表明:使用5%氟铃脲乳油、5%氟啶脲乳油1500 mL/hm2,7 d后对苜蓿盲蝽防治效果为97.21%、96.56%。[结论]苯甲酰基脲类杀虫剂对天敌的友好性和人畜的安全性,结合本研究结果,该类药剂防治苜蓿盲蝽方面具有广阔前景。

摘  要:
For the selection of suitable chemicals to control Adelphocoris lineolatus,the population control efficacy of benzoylphenylurea insecticides was evaluated in a laboratory and the trails.[Results] The results in laboratory showed that,LC50s of hexaflumuron and chlorfluazuron were 25.77 and 18.09 mg/L,respectively,at 96 h after treatment.The results of field trials indicated that after 7 d,the control efficacy of hexaflumuron 5% EC and chlorfluazuron 5% EC to Adelphocoris lineolatus were 97.21 and 96.56%,respectively,at 1500 mL/ha.[Conclusions] The benzoylphenylurea has broad prospects that to control Adelphocoris lineolatus,it is also friendly to natural enemies and safe to people and livestock.
