不同处理对树莓种子萌发影响的初步研究

摘  要：
以粉枝莓‘、如贝’与‘海尔特兹’为试验材料,初步探讨了浓硫酸与次氯酸钠的不同处理时间对树莓种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,浓硫酸和次氯酸钠处理对3份材料的种子萌发均具有不同程度的促进作用。但3份试材的最佳处理组合各不相同,表明其促进作用在供试材料间存在一定的差异性。粉枝莓以98%浓硫酸25min、次氯酸钠浸泡6h后,种子萌发效果最好,萌发率达31.55%‘;如贝’经98%浓硫酸处理25min、次氯酸钠浸泡7h,效果最好‘;海尔特兹’经98%浓硫酸浸泡20min,再用次氯酸钠浸泡7h,效果最好,萌发率达42.53%。

摘  要：
In this experiment, the effects of different treatments of concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium hypochlorite on the germination characteristics of raspberry seeds were studied. The results showed that concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium hypochlorite could promote the seed germination of the three materials to varying degrees. However,The most effective treatments of three materials were different,indicating that there was a certain difference between the materials. The best germination effect of Rubus biflorus was obtained after soaking with 98% concentrated sulfuric acid for 25 min and sodium hypochlorite for 6 h.The germination rate of Rubywas the highest(31.55%)after soaking with 98% H_2SO_4 for 25 min and NaClO solution for 7 h. The optimum.treatment of Heritage was soaking with 98%H_2SO_4 for 20 min and NaClO solution for 7 h.
