摘 要:
⑴ Background——After the reform of collective forest right system and large number of rural labor force transfer, the management of forest land face great pressure. The input-output level and income of that have decreased, which affect the development of forest area and living in it.So it is really need to solve the problems.⑵ Methods——Based on the data of 700 surveyed households in 6 counties of Jiangxi province, this study used the multiply regression model to analyze the effect of forestry socialized service on farmers' input and output of forest land.In order to compare the differences of its effect on different poor farmers, the regression analysis was carried out for different groups of poor farmers.⑶ Results——According to the proportion of spending on food to the overall household expenditure, farmers are divided into non-poor households, general poor households and severe poor households.Through descriptive analyse of the characteristics of farmers,input-output level and forest land management,it can be seen that the input-output level of the non-poor is the highest,2 804.09 and 3 569.95 respectively, and that of the severe poor is the lowest,1 695.03 and 2 410.97 respectively. The proportion of them engaged in forestry insurance is higher,8% and 11% respectively. For non-poor households, finical services and services such as pest control have a significant impact on the input level of forest land, its coefficient are 0.424 and-0.434 respectively, while only finical services has a significant impact on the input level of forest land for serve poor households, its coefficient is 0.737,meanwhile forest cultivation technology service only has a significant impact on the input-output level of forest land for general poor households, its coefficient are 0.518 and 0.353 respectively, and market information has no impact on on the input-output level of forest land for all kind of households.Besides, the area of forest land and the main income have a significant impact on the input-output level of forest land for three kinds of households, their coefficient all are negative and positive respectively, the number of labors merely have a significant impact on the input-output level of forest land for the non-poor, its coefficient are 0.180 and 0.124 respectively, the age of the head of households have a significant impact on the input level of forest land for the non-poor and general poor, its coefficient all are positive.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Firstly, the training service of forest cultivation technology only improves the input and output level of forest land of poor farmers, but the positive effect on non-poor peasant households and seriously poor peasant households is not significant due to their low enthusiasm for investing in forestry.Secondly, the credit support of financial institutions has not brought significant growth to the general poor peasant households, which reflects that the low level of participation of peasant households in formal loans still exists.Thirdly, services such as pest and disease control have reduced the cost of forestation for non-poor farmers and poor farmers in general, which reflects the importance of large-scale services for forestland production and management. Therefore,it is recommended to strengthen the training of forestry technology for poor farmers, improve the technology application capacity of poor farmers; innovate the forestry finance poverty alleviation model, increase support for poor farmers;increase the level of financial investment guarantee, and accelerate the construction of forestry social service system.
