不同外源添加诱导方式对花生芽品质特性的影响

摘  要:
通过添加ABS,CBS,PBS,SA,PHE,NaCl等6种外源诱导添加物,对比分析外源诱导添加物对花生发芽中的芽长、发芽率、氨基酸和白藜芦醇含量的影响。结果表明:不同的外源诱导添加物对花生芽长、发芽率、氨基酸和白藜芦醇含量的影响具有显著差异; ABS,CBS,PBS,SA诱导物起抑制作用,NaCl溶液无显著影响,PHE诱导物起促进作用。

摘  要:
By adding ABS, CBS, PBS, SA, PHE, Na Cl and other six kinds of exogenously induced additives, this paper compared and analyzed the effects of exogenously induced additives on the germinal length, germination rate, amino acid and resveratrol content in peanut germination. The results showed that the effects of different exogenously induced additives on peanut germinal length,germination rate, amino acid and resveratrol content were significantly different; ABS, CBS, PBS, SA inducer play an inhibiting roll,Na Cl solution had no significant effect, and PHE inducer play a driving role.
