摘  要：
伴随着全球化和经济一体化的发展,新疆及其周边地区以"三股势力"为代表的各类非传统安全问题成为近一二十年来威胁该区域安全稳定的主要因素,并对跨国民族问题产生多方面的影响和渗透。在实施跨越式发展和长治久安战略的新时期,从非传统安全的视角对跨国民族问题进行探讨,加强对相关问题的应对和治理,无疑对促进跨国民族的和平跨居具有一定的积极意义。

摘  要：
With the development of globalization and economic integration,all kinds of non-traditional safety problems that represented by " three-ply forces" in Xinjiang and the regions around Xinjiang have become the major factors that threaten the safety stability in this region and infiltrated and influenced transnational problems of nationality in many aspects.In the new era of implementing great-leap-forward development and lasting-political stability strategy,probing transnational problems of nationality from non-traditional safety perspective and reinforcing response to and management of corresponding problems will be very meaningful to promote peaceful living for transnational nationalities without any doubt.
