电源频率对拖拉机活塞微弧氧化膜性能的影响

摘  要:
活塞是拖拉机发动机的核心零部件之一,提高活塞的各方面使用性能,延长使用寿命是研究的主要目的。在相同的碱性电解液配方中,相同的温度条件下,采用相同的仪器设备,选择相同的电压、电流、占空比等电参数,不同的电源频率,对拖拉机铝活塞进行微弧氧化处理,获得不同的膜层厚度值、硬度值及表面粗糙度值,实验充分证明电源频率对微氧化弧后活塞性能参数有重要影响,同时通过绘制频率值对各性能参数的影响曲线,找出频率对各值的影响趋势,分析产生这些现象的根本原因,确定在给定电参数条件下,电源频率取600~800Hz时,获得的活塞性能最为理想。

摘  要:
Piston is one of the core components of tractor engine.Improving the utilization performance and increasing the service life of piston are the main purposes of this study.With the same temperature,electrolyte,equipments and electrical parameters(voltage,current,and duty cycle),Micro-arc oxidation was treated on the aluminum piston,and thickness,hardness and roughness of different membranes were obtained.The tests show that supply frequency has great influence on the performance parameters of piston after micro-arc oxidation.Curves of these parameters varying with supply frequency were drawn,and then,the impact trend can be found.Analyzing the primary cause of these phenomena,the supply frequency was determined at 600~800Hz to achieve the ideal performance of piston under given conditions.
