利用PV曲线水分参数评价16种植物抗旱性

摘  要:
利用PV技术测定沙柳、乌柳、杠柳、沙枣、匙叶小檗等16种植物的饱和含水时的渗透势(Ψ_(ssat))、膨压为0时的渗透势(Ψ_(stlp))、相对水含量(RWC~(tlp))、相对渗透水含量(ROWC~(tlp))及最大弹性模量(ε_(max))5个水分参数。研究结果表明,16种植物对干旱的适应性各不相同,利用Ψ_(stlp)评价抗旱性具有可行性;依据PV水分参数,结合16种植物种的自然分布特征,将其分为3大类型,第Ⅰ类霸王、杠柳、匙叶小檗、小叶锦鸡儿、柠条锦鸡儿和乌头叶蛇葡萄为抗旱性强的植物,第Ⅱ类蒙古莸、沙木蓼、油蒿、沙枣和蒙古岩黄芪为中等抗旱植物,第Ⅲ类沙柳、黄柳、乌柳、小红柳和籽蒿为抗旱性弱的植物。

摘  要:
With pressure-volume technique 5 water parameters of 16 kinds of plants(such as Salix psammophila C. Wang et Ch. Y. Yang,Salix cheilophila Schneid,Periploca sepium Bunge in Mem. Acad.,Elaeagnus angustifolia L. and Berberis vernae Schneid. and so on.) were studied,and which include osmotic potential at water saturation point(Ψ_(ssat)),osmotic potential at zero turgor point(Ψ_(stlp)),relative water content(RWC~(tlp)) and osmotic potential water content(ROWC~(tlp)) and maximum cell elastic modulus(ε_(max)). The results showed that the drought adaptability of 16 plants were different, and the of Ψ_(stlp)index was suitable to evaluate the drought resistance. According to the water parameters of PV and the natural distribution characteristics,the drought resistance of16 plants could be divided into three levels: strong,medium and weak drought resistance. The strong drought resistance plants including Zygophyllum xanthoxylon(Bunge) Maxim, Periploca sepium Bunge in Mem. Acad.,Berberis vernae Schneid.,Caragana microphylla Lam. Encycl. Bot.,and Ampelopsis aconitifolia Bunge. The medium drought resistance were Caryopteris mongholica Bunge,Atraphaxis bracteata A. Los.,Artemisia ordosiea Krasch,Elaeagnus angustifolia L.,and Hedysarum mongolicum Turcz.. The weak were Salix psammophila C. Wang et Ch. Y. Yang,Salix gordejevii Y. L. Chang et Skv.,Salix cheilophila Schneid,Salix microstachya var. bordensis(Nakai) C. F. Fang,Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch..
