中部六省农村人力资源开发评价的因子分析

摘  要：
构建了中国中部六省农村人力资源开发的评价指标体系,运用回归分析、KMO统计检验、因子分析等方法对中部六省农村人力资源开发进行评价。首先依据中部六省2012年的统计数据,从人口规模、文化素质、生理素质和文化环境4个方面进行综合评价,然后运用聚类分析法对评价结果进行归类,进而提出相关的政策建议,为促进中部六省区域经济开发提供参考。

摘  要：
An evaluation index system was constructed to evaluate the development of in rural human resources in six central China provinces with regression analysis, KMO statistical tests, factor analysis. Based on the statistics of six central provinces of China in 2012, a comprehensive evaluation was conducted from four aspects including population size, cultural quality, physical quality and cultural environment. The results were classified with cluster analysis. Some advices on policy were proposed to promote regional economic development of the six central provinces of China.
