包容性增长视角下的农民工市民化研究

摘  要：
包容性增长是创新的发展理念,为我国农民工市民化问题的解决提供了新的思路。将包容性增长与农民工市民化研究相结合,探讨了包容性增长的内涵;利用Ordinal回归模型对2011年5月份郑州、许昌两地210份农民工市民化意愿的调研数据进行了分析。研究结果显示:收入、对城市公共服务的满意度对农民工市民化意愿的影响显著;性别、文化程度和就业情况对农民工市民化意愿的影响不显著;协变量职业类型对市民化意愿的影响亦不显著。基于包容性增长的视角,从职业培训、分配制度、公共服务制度、土地制度与户籍制度联动改革等方面提出了促进农民工市民化的具体路径。

摘  要：
Inclusive growth is a creative development principle,and it provides a new line to solve the problems of peasant-worker's inburgering.This paper combined inclusive growth and the research of peasant-worker's inburgering.Firstly,this paper explored the connotation of inclusive growth,and then it analyzed the data got in May 2011 about peasant-worker's inburgering in Zhengzhou and Xu chang with Ordinal Regression.These results showed that income of peasant and degree of satisfaction of public service system had a significantly great impact on peasant-worker.Finally,based on the perspective of inclusive growth,this paper proposes several suggestions to promote peasant-worker's inburgering from the viewpoints of vocational trainning and the reformation of distribution system,the public service system,land system and the household registration system.
