两株乳牛肝菌属外生菌根真菌对沙地云杉幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:
以中国特有树种沙地云杉为试材,采用2株乳牛肝菌属外生菌根真菌短柄乳牛肝菌Suillus brevipes和褐环乳牛肝菌Suillus luteus与盆栽沙地云杉幼苗人工接种进行菌根合成,以期探讨乳牛肝菌属2种外生菌根真菌对沙地云杉幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:接种S.brevipes外生菌根真菌后,菌根苗的总鲜质量、地上和地下的鲜质量分别比对照提高25.16%、7.07%、63.80%;菌根苗的总干质量、地上和地下的干质量分别比对照提高28.91%、15.86%、57.58%;菌根苗的主根和侧根长分别比对照提高了150.00%和16.20 cm;菌根苗的苗高低于对照,而地径比对照提高了7.74%。接种S.luteus外生菌根真菌后,菌根苗的总鲜质量、地上和地下的鲜质量分别比对照提高49.52%、34.24%、79.64%;菌根苗的总干质量、地上和地下的干质量分别比对照提高38.39%、19.31%、77.27%;菌根苗的主根和侧根长分别比对照提高了107.14%和19.10 cm;菌根苗的苗高也低于对照,而地径比对照提高了23.26%。该研究结果可为将来菌根生物技术应用于沙地云杉造林提供理论支持和技术保证。

摘  要:
Picea mongolica,as an endemic tree of China,was taken as test material,to determine the effect of inoculation of two ectomycorrhizal fungus of Suillus on Picea mongolica seedlings by mean of artificial inoculation of Suillus brevipes and Suillus luteus with Picea mongolica seedlings in the pot.The results showed that after inoculation with S.brevipes,compared with the control,the total fresh weight,aboveground and underground fresh weight of mycorrhizal seedlings were respectively increased by 25.16%,7.07%,and 63.80%.The total dry weight,aboveground and underground dry weight of mycorrhizal seedlings were respectively increased by 28.91%,15.86% and 57.58%.The main root and lateral root lengths of mycorrhizal seedlings were respectively increased by 150.00% and 16.20 cm.The height of mycorrhizal seedlings were not higher than those of the control,and the ground diameter was increased by 7.74%.After inoculation with S.luteus,compared with the control,the total fresh weight,aboveground and underground fresh weight of mycorrhizal seedlings were respectively increased by 49.52%,34.24% and 79.64%.The total dry weight,aboveground and underground dry weight of mycorrhizal seedlings were respectively increased by 38.39%,19.31% and 77.27%.The main root and lateral root lengths of mycorrhizal seedlings were respectively increased by 107.14% and 19.10 cm,The height of mycorrhizal seedlings were also not higher than those of the control,and the ground diameter was increased by 23.26%.The results could provide theoretical and technical references for mycorrhizal technique applying to Picea mongolica in the near future.
