一株产具抗菌活性成份细菌的鉴定及活性成份确定

摘  要:
通过形态学观察以及16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定一株分离白油污土壤的枯草芽孢杆菌1098-4。经过薄层层析、HPLC纯化样FTMR、NMR分析,其产生的活性成分为脂肽,对革兰氏阳性菌及阴性菌均有好的抑菌效果,具有产业化开发前景。

摘  要:
By morphology observation and 16 S rDNA sequence analysis,we identified an bacterium separated from soil as Bacillus subtilis 1098-4.After TLC analysising and FTMR,NMR analysising of HPLC purified sample,we found that the composition of Bacillus subtilis metabolite is lipopeptide,which has good antibacterial effect against gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria,and has great industrial development prospects.
