压力角对渐开线内啮合齿轮泵排量的影响

摘  要:
为了研究压力角对渐开线内啮合齿轮泵排量的影响,根据渐开线生成的基本原理,推导出渐开线内啮合齿轮泵齿轮齿厚与压力角关系式,并分析了压力角对齿轮泵参数的影响。得出在不干涉的前提下,齿轮泵的排量随压力角的减小而增大。为大排量渐开线内啮合齿轮泵的设计以及应用提供参考。

摘  要:
To study the influence of pressure angle on displacement of involute internal gear pump, this article, based on the principle of involute line generation, deduces the relationship between the width of the gear top and the pressure angle. It also analyzes the pressure angle's effect on gear pump parameters, which comes to conclusion that the displacement of the gear pump increases with the decrease of the pressure under the premise of tooth profile overlapping interference not happening. This conclusion has some significance for the design and application of large displacement of involute internal gear pump.
