商洛不同产地连翘有效成分含量与土壤因子的相关性研究

摘  要:
采用HPLC法测定了商洛五县区14个样方点的连翘药材中连翘苷、连翘酯苷A含量,采用理化分析法进行土壤因子的测定,并研究了连翘有效成分含量与土壤因子的关系。结果显示:有机质、速效钾与连翘苷的含量呈极显著正相关,速效钾与连翘酯苷A的含量呈显著正相关。土壤中丰富的有机质、速效钾供应会促进连翘药材体内连翘苷的形成和积累,但过多的有机质和碱解氮不利于连翘酯苷A的积累。近碱性(平均p H值为7.236)土壤条件会促进连翘药材中连翘苷的积累而抑制连翘酯苷A的积累。因此,无论是选择适宜产地或是实施科学施肥,都应重视和考虑有机质、速效钾、碱解氮及土壤p H值对连翘药材质量的影响。

摘  要:
The contents of forsythin and forsythiaside A in Fructus Forsythiae from 14 sampling points of five counties in Shangluo were tested using HPLC,additionally,the edaphic factors were analyzed by physical and chemical analysis method to get the relationship between the active ingredient contents of Fructus Forsythiae and edaphic factors. The results indicated that the content of forsythin showed highly significant correlations with organic matter and available potassium,and the content of forsythiaside A was significantly correlated with available potassium. The abundant organic matter and available potassium contents in the soil could promote the formation and accumulation of forsythin in Fructus Forsythiae,while redundant organic matter and available nitrogen contents were not good for the accumulation of forsythiaside A. The nearly alkaline soil condition with the average p H value of 7. 236 could promote the accumulation of forsythin but prevent that of forsythiaside A. Therefore,whether selecting suitable habitat or scientific fertilization,we all should pay attentions to the effects of organic matter,available potassium,available nitrogen and soil p H value on the quality of Fructus Forsythiae.
