除草剂百草枯和MPTP对老鼠运动能力及其脑多巴胺水平的影响

摘  要:
对C57Bl/6N黑老鼠每周两次,连续3周分别注射(10、20mg/kg)的百草枯或MPTP(10、20mg/kg),最后1次注射1d后,检测老鼠运动能力,次日分析脑内多巴胺水平。MPTP(20mg/kg)处理组老鼠运动能力和脑内多巴胺水平显著地低于对照组(P<0.01)。老鼠运动能力与脑内多巴胺水平两者间具有显著的相关性(P<0.01)。

摘  要:
The mice received i.p paraquat (10 and 20 mg/kg) or MPTP(10 and 20 mg/kg), twice a week with one day interval between injections for 3 consecutive weeks. Motor performance was assessed 1 day and dopamine level was analyzed 2 days after the last dose. The results showed a significant relation(P<0.01) between the brain level of dopamine and the motor performance, and high dose MPTP(20 mg/kg) produced a significant decrease(P<0.01) compare to control in the brain level of dopamine and the motor performance.
