防治美洲斑潜蝇有效药剂的研究及试验方法评价

摘要：

测定了 6种药剂对美洲斑潜蝇成虫的毒力、5种药剂对卵、幼虫和蛹的毒杀作用 ,并进行了田间药效试验。结果表明 ,齐墩螨素和高效氯氰菊酯对美洲斑潜蝇成虫最敏感 ,LC5 0 分别为 0 .32 83及 1.5 0 86mg/L ,其毒力分别是乙酰甲胺磷的 5 89.2及 12 8.2倍。齐墩螨素的混剂菜蝇净和单剂灭虫灵杀卵及杀幼虫的效果优异。 5种药剂对蛹均不敏感。 2 0 %菜蝇净乳油和 1%灭虫灵乳油分别加水稀释至 10 0 0及 30 0 0倍喷雾 ,在田间能有效控制美洲斑潜蝇的危害。本文还对美洲斑潜蝇的室内生测和田间药效试验方法进行了评价。

摘要：

Bioassays of several insecticides on adults,eggs,larva and pupos of Liromyza sativae are studied.The experiments in the field trials are conducted.The results show that the adult is very sensitive to abamectin and alphacypermethrin.Caiyengjing and Miechongling have good effect on eggs and larvas.The pupa is insensitive to all insecticides to be used.Caiyingjing and Miechongling can efficiently control of Liriomyza sativae in the fields.On the other hand,the methods of the bioassay in laboratory and experiment in the fields are evaluated.
