白刺果实色素的提取及理化性质研究

摘  要:
白刺果实色素是从白刺果实的汁液和表皮中提取出来的。通过实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件:盐酸0.3%、温度60℃、物料比为1:5(g:mL)、提取时间16min、提取3次。并在此基础上进行了该色素理化性质研究,确定该色素具有花色苷色素性质。

摘  要:
The conditions for extracting pigments from Nitraria sibirica were studied.The optimum extraction conditions were:0.3%HCI,temperafure 60℃,ratio of the material to the reagent1:5(g:mL),extraction time 16min,extraction times3.In addition,the physical and chemical properties of this pigment were studied.The results showed this pigment was a kind of anthocyanins.
