氟烷基因对母猪繁殖性能的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究氟烷基因对母猪繁殖性能的影响。[方法]采用技术,检测经产母猪的基因型,分析基因对总产仔数和产活仔数的影响。[结果]携带型基因的母猪的总产仔数与携带型基因母猪差异不显著。携带型、型基因母猪产活仔数与携带型基因的母猪差异显著。携带不同基因型基因母猪间总产仔数和产活仔数,表现出的趋势。[结论]基因对母猪繁殖性能有影响。

摘  要:
[Objective] To study the effect of hal gene on swine reproductive performance.[Method] The genotypes of the hal gene in sows were detected using PCR-RFLP technology.The effect on born quantity and alive born quantity by hal gene were analyzed.[Result] The total born quantity of sows bringing hal gene in NN genotype were not significantly different with sows bringing hal gene in Nn and nn genotype(P>0.05).The alive born quantity of sows bringing hal gene of NN and Nn genotype were significantly different with sows bringing hal gene of nn genotype(P<0.05).The total born quantity and alive born quantity of sows with hal gene in different genotypes showed a tend of NN>Nn>nn.[Conclusion] Sow reproductive performance was affected by hal gene.
