塔里木河流域干旱区绿洲河道生境生态水权及其计量研究

摘  要：
界定了流域干旱区河道生境生态水权的内涵,并确定了其计量依据、计量内容和计量方法;基于主要源流出山口径流量以及干流阿拉尔站20世纪80年代以前径流量资料,利用Tennant法确定了塔河流域的河道生境生态水权的划分标准和计量模型,并计算塔河流域河道生境生态水权。结果表明,塔河流域最低河道生境生态水权为53.14亿m3/a,其中叶尔羌河流域13.31亿m3/a,和田河流域8.03亿m3/a,阿克苏河流域源流区13.04亿m3/a,阿克苏河10.98亿m3/a,干流7.78亿m3/a;塔河流域适宜河道生境生态水权为69.87亿m3/a,其中叶尔羌河流域20.06亿m3/a,和田河流域12.05亿m3/a,阿克苏河流域19.53亿m3/a,阿克苏河16.14亿m3/a,干流11.37亿m3/a。河道生境生态水权的年内分配主要集中在6—9月。

摘  要：
The oases ecological water right was defined,and the basis,content and method of its measurement were determined.According to the flow data of the mountain-pass in Tarim river basin and the flow data in Alar hydriological station before 1980,the classification standard of ecological water demand of river channel and the model of measurement in Tarim river basin were determined using Tennant method;at the same time,the ecological water right of river channel habitat was calculated.The results indicated that:the total minimum ecological water right of river channel habitat was 53.14×108 m3/a in Tarim river basin;and there was 10.98×108 m3 in Aksu river basin,8.03×108 m3/a in Hetian river basin,13.31×108 m3/a in Yerqiang river basin,and 7.78×108 m3/a in the mainstream respectively;the total suitable ecological water right of river channel habitat was 69.87×108 m3/a in Tarim river basin,and there was16.14×108 m3/a in Aksu river basin,12.05×108 m3/a in Hetian river basin,20.06×108 m3/a in Yerqiang river basin and 11.37×108 m3/a in the the mainstream respectively.The ecological water right was allocated mainly from June to September.
