乳酸菌添加剂对青贮饲料中微生物菌群的影响

摘  要:
为研究乳酸菌添加剂对青贮饲料中微生物菌群的影响,通过添加CaCO3、纤维素酶、淀粉酶、尿素进行玉米秸秆青贮饲料的发酵试验。结果表明,添加CaCO30.5%、纤维素酶0.01%、淀粉酶0.01%时青贮过程中乳酸菌生长速度显著高于其他试验组,细菌、酵母菌、霉菌显著低于其他试验组;有氧暴露后,乳酸菌数量降低速度显著低于其他试验组,细菌、酵母菌、霉菌生长速度显著低于其他试验组。

摘  要:
In order to research the effects of lactic acid bacteria additive on microbial colony in silage,the CaCO3,cellulase,amylase and urea were added to study the fermentation test of corn straw silage.The results showed that when the 0.5 % CaCO3,0.01% cellulase and 0.01% amylase were added to the process of silage,the growth rate of lactic acid bacteria was significantly higher than the other groups,and the growth rates of bacteria,yeast and mold were significantly lower than the other groups.When silage was exposed to oxygen gas,the velocity of the number reduction of lactic acid bacteria was significantly lower than other treatment groups,and the growth rates of bacteria,yeast and mold were significantly lower than other treatment groups.
