促进农村贫困妇女发展的金融精准扶贫创新思路——基于PEST模型的分析

摘  要：
农村贫困妇女是金融精准扶贫的重点对象,金融精准扶贫对于农村妇女减贫脱贫及农村经济发展具有重要意义。该文通过PEST模型,分别从政策法律、资金市场供求、社会信用和金融创新四个方面,对我国农村妇女的金融扶贫现状进行分析,并总结当前金融扶贫工作中出现的问题。最后,结合我国农村妇女创业就业情况以及金融精准扶贫面临的困难与障碍,针对性地给出创新金融精准扶贫路径的对策建议。

摘  要：
The rural poor women are the key objects of the financial targeted poverty alleviation,which is of great significance to help the rural women to reduce and get rid of poverty and also improve the development of rural economy.By using the PEST model,the present situation of financial poverty alleviation of rural women in China was analyzed from the four aspects of policies and laws,supply and demand of capital market,social credit and financial innovation.And then the problems exited in the current financial poverty alleviation were summarized.Finally,the countermeasures were put forward to innovate the path for financial targeted poverty alleviation by combining with the entrepreneurship and employment situation of rural women in China and the difficulties and obstacles faced by the financial targeted poverty alleviation.
