摘  要:
采用表面印迹法在介孔材料SBA-15表面合成对N-乙酰半胱氨酸分子具有较高选择性的分子印迹聚合物小棒,对该聚合物的形貌进行了光学表征,并用XRD和13 C NMR对其识别机理做了详细的研究.结果表明,印迹聚合物表面存在对印迹分子选择性识别的官能团,此项研究为N-乙酰半胱氨酸分子的分离富集提供一种新型识别材料.

摘  要:
A new N-acetylcysteine molecularly imprinted polymer(NAC-MIP),which can be used for selective adsorption of NAC from aqueous solutions,was successfully prepared based on the supported material of ordered mesoporous silica SBA-15 with the help of the surface molecular imprinting technology.The prepared polymer was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and 13C NMR spectroscopy.The results showed that the synthesized polymer possessed high ordered mesoporous structure.The imprinted silica particles showed high selectivity and fast kinetic binding for the template due to their nanosized wall thickness and high surface area.
