苦豆碱及吡虫啉对菜田蚜虫群落的毒力研究

摘  要:
研究了苦豆碱及杀虫剂吡虫啉对菜田蚜虫群落结构的影响,并测定了其对第一优势种菜缢管蚜的杀伤毒力;用药膜法和喷雾法测定其击倒作用,用点滴法测定其对菜缢管蚜的触杀作用。苦豆碱在1%浓度下,KT50分别为29.7min和25.4min,而吡虫啉在1%浓度下KT50分别为12.6min和9.9min,LD50分别为7.7×10-4及2.4×10-3μg/只。田间0.1%喷雾,苦豆碱10d校正防效在80%以上,而吡虫啉仅66.3%。

摘  要:
The paper reports the insecticidal function of aloperine extracted from the Sophora alopecuroides and cypermethrin to Lipaphis erysimi. The knockdown activity and the contact poisoning of the aloperine and cypermethrin were monitored by vial residue and spray method, topical application method. KT50 of knockdown effects of 1% aloperine were 29.7 minutes and 25.4 minutes, KT50 of knockdown effects of 1% cypermethrin were 12.55 minutes and 9.85 minutes. LD50 values were 7.7×10-4 and 2.4×10-3μg/No. Under field conditions, 80% mortality was attained within 10 days after aloperine application. But only 66.3% mortality was attained with in 10 days after cypermethrin application.Community structure of aphids was changed significantly. The results showed that the insecticidal function of aloperine extracted from Sophora alopecuroides was high to aphids community.
