开花前后库尔勒香梨营养器官矿质元素含量的比较研究

摘  要:
以10年、20年树龄库尔勒香梨枝条和叶片为试材,研究库尔勒香梨开花前的枝条和开花后叶片和枝条中的N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe等元素含量变化。研究结果表明,枝条中N含量增加,P、K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe含量都呈下降趋势,其中10年生树Zn、Fe含量下降明显,20年生树Zn含量没有变化,Fe含量变化较大;开花后叶片中N含量最高,Ca含量最低;库尔勒香梨不同树龄矿质元素变化没有明显差异;在开花前后Zn、Fe含量的需求量大,在开花后应注意微肥的及时补充。

摘  要:
In this experiment the 10 and 20 year-old Korla Fragrant Pear branches and leaves were used as experimental materials to comparatively study the seven mineral elements content such as N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Zn and Fe.The results showed that:In branches of the 10 and 20 year-old trees,the N content increased significantly;the content of P,K,Ca,Mg,Zn and Fe decreased gradually.Zn,Fe in 10 year-old trees decreased remarkably while the content of Zn in 20 year-old trees was stable and the Fe content declined by a big margin.In leaves,the content of Ca is in the lowest level while the content of N is keeping in the highest level after flowering.There was not any significant difference between the mineral elements content of the different year-old Korla Fragrant Pear;the demand of Zn,Fe content is higher before and after flowering,so it is the key to timely supply these two elements after flowering.
