磷资源加工研究进展:9.饲料级磷酸钙盐的新工艺

摘  要:
介绍利用湿法磷酸生产饲料级磷酸钙盐的新工艺。工艺分为气提脱氟与反应造粒两段。比较真空浓缩气提脱氟或直接气提浓缩脱氟的区别,分析了喷雾造粒与机械搅拌造粒的优缺点,并作了成本估计。因该系统可满足MDCP等3种产品的生产要求,能耗较低,便于规模化生产,且产品量正日益扩大,故本工艺具有较好的应用前景。

摘  要:
Divided into two parts:both defluorination by gas stripping and reaction-granulation the new technology of feed-grade calcium phosphate made from WPA is introduced.The differences of defluorination by gas stripping between vacuum concentration and atmospheric concentration are discussed.The advantages and weaknesses between spray-granulation and mechanical stirring-granulation are also analyzed,with the cost estimation.The technology has a good application prospect,for the preparation of 3 kinds products of MDCP with low energy consumption,and convenient for industrial production.
